I am a queer performance artist, filmmaker, and landscape architect from the South who has been living and working in Portland for the last six years. My practice is informed by my heritage; I am a member of the Peoria Tribe of Indians of Oklahoma.
I work for Alta, a global firm that specializes in design, planning, and engineering in service of active transportation. I design visual simulations from montaged images of bike and pedestrian facilities. I also make art and films about the human experience. I am interested in using dance, new media, material inspiration, maps, and storytelling as tools for creating. Currently, I am working on a short film exploring whipped cream as a symbol of queer expression. |
